Fortis is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona and maintains offices in Yuma, AZ, El Paso, TX and El Centro California. We are a provider of specialized services like Fiber Optic installation and a general contractor in multiphase construction specializing in design build projects.

Fortis has always looked upon its 8(a) certification as both a privilege and an asset – a privileged designation earned by Fortis because of its social status, proven financial wherewithal and documented experience and expertise. Fortis uses the 8(a) certification to its full advantage, as a means of opening doors in search of prospective contracts and qualifying for opportunities available as a result of the 8(a) program. The 8(a) certification is never the sole emphasis of our marketing and sales strategy. Rather we use the 8(a) status as a means of qualifying to participate in a solicitation that has been set-aside or as a negotiating tool in those instances where a contract may be sole-sourced to a qualified firm such as ours.
