Phoenix, AZ – U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Savannah District has awarded Fortis Networks, Inc. and their Joint Venture Partner Sauer, Inc. (Fortis SBJV, LLC) an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, small business set-aside multiple award task order contract for general construction and design-build construction for Trainee Barracks Upgrade Projects (TBUP), primarily at Fort Gordon, Georgia. The contract ceiling is for the 2 year base period and 3 option years, for all awarded contracts combined, is $245,000,000.
The MATOC is intended to provide rapid response for general construction, building rehabilitation, building additions, and building maintenance or repair. The scope of work includes site work, mechanical systems, plumbing, utility systems, structural, architectural, electrical, HVAC, instrumentation, security and safety areas of barracks or administrative facilities. The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of August 2022.
